He completed his first degree in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Nigeria, and holds an MSc. Degree in Finance from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is also proud to be an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI).

Jamiu’s expertise encompasses a wide range of financial domains, including accounting, strategic financial planning, data analysis, risk management, liquidity and balance sheet management, and internal controls. His extensive work experience spans across Financial Control, Internal Control, Asset & Liability Management, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Risk Management. Moreover, he is recognized for his exceptional leadership and interpersonal relations skills.

Jamiu’s professional journey has taken him through diverse sectors, including agriculture, manufacturing, fintech, and the hospitality industry. Notably, he served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Princeps Credit Systems Limited (Credit Wallet), where he excelled in managing financial planning, financial reporting, and risk management. His expertise extends to being a subject matter expert on balance sheet substantiation and financial controls.
