Adetunji Ogunremi - Hygiene and Quality Manager

Adetunji is a dedicated professional in food, safety and quality control with over two decades of experience. He embarked on his journey in 2001, honing his expertise through various roles in catering organizations before joining Servair Nigeria.

Adetunji holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and boasts a rich array of qualifications, including HACCP and ISO certifications, as well as certificates in food safety and hygiene. He has further strengthened his credentials through managerial training, making him a seasoned expert in the industry. Throughout his career, Adetunji has undergone practical training in both local and international in-flight catering organizations, enriching his knowledge and skills. Notably, he has played a pivotal role in securing numerous certifications and awards for Servair Nigeria (PACS-FZE), including the prestigious QSAI worldwide platinum award, organized by Medina Quality Assurance Services in Montreal, Canada.

Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager, Adetunji is entrusted with formulating and implementing ISO, food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures within the organization. He is a proactive driver of continuous improvement initiatives, fostering positive changes across all processes, products, and services within and around the organization.
