His professional voyage has seen him excel in roles such as an Auto Technician, Fabricator, Machinist of Spare Parts, Facility Security Manager, and Transporter, to name just a few. Each of these roles has contributed to his diverse skill set and deep understanding of various sectors.

Benjamin embarked on his career journey in the dynamic realm of inflight catering with Airline Services Limited, now known as Newrest ASL, from 2006 to 2010. During this period, he honed his expertise in aviation hospitality requirements, with a particular focus on logistics planning for long-haul flights. His dedication and contributions during these years set the stage for his continued success in the aviation industry.

In 2010, Benjamin transitioned to Arik Air, Nigeria, where he further refined his skills and knowledge. His tenure at Arik Air, lasting until 2012, provided him with invaluable insights into the intricacies of aviation operations. He continued to play a pivotal role in logistics planning, ensuring the seamless execution of services in the fast-paced aviation sector.

Building on his extensive experience, Benjamin Abayomi joined PACS FZE as an Operations Manager. His proven track record in the airlines and aviation industry made him the ideal candidate to lead the Operations Department. In his current capacity, Benjamin oversees a spectrum of critical functions, including Operations Management, Customer Key Account Management, Procurement Management, Logistics, and Lean Manufacturing.
