His dedication and passion for the culinary arts quickly propelled him through the ranks, and he soon became a chef de partie, mastering the intricacies of fine dining. Before becoming an integral part of the PACS FZE team, Maurice showcased his culinary prowess as the Executive Chef at Magret restaurant in Port Harcourt. During his tenure, he not only created exceptional culinary experiences but also played a pivotal role in shaping the skills and expertise of the restaurant’s culinary team through comprehensive training programs.

At PACS FZE, Maurice now holds the esteemed position of Executive Chef, where his culinary vision and leadership shine.
